بناء مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني وتحليل خصائصه السيکومترية للمعوقين بصري

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء مقياس لقلق المستقبل المهني للمعوقين بصريا، والتأکد من خصائصه السايکومترية ومعرفة البناء العاملي له، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة بلغ قوامهم (١٠٠) مفردة بمتوسط عمرى قدره (١٨.٩٧) وانحراف معياري قدره (١.٩٥)، واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس قلق المستقبل المهني (إعداد الباحثين)، وأسفرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام التحليل العاملي عن وجود أربعة عوامل لمقياس قلق المستقبل المهني للمعوقين بصريا، هي: (الخوف من الافتقار للتأقلم مع طبيعة المهنة) وقد بلغ جذره الکامن (10.733)، ونسبة تباينه (٢٧.٣٩%)، (اليأس من ندرة الوظائف المتاحة) وقد بلغ جذره الکامن (١٠.٦٤٩)، ونسبة تباينه (٢٧.١٨%)، (المشاعر السلبية نحو مهنة المستقبل)، وقد بلغ جذره الکامن (٧.٧٩٦٩)، ونسبة تباينه (٢٠.٣٤)، و(توقعات الفشل من الحصول على فرصة عمل مناسبة)، وقد بلغ جذره الکامن (٧.٥١٠)، ونسبة تباينه (19.16%)، وأن المقياس يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الثبات والصدق، مما يوکد أن المقياس يصلح استخدامه مع المعوقين بصريا، ويمکن استخدامه في البحوث والدراسات العربية الخاصة بالمکفوفين في البيئة المصرية والعربية والثقة في النتائج التي يمکن التوصل إليها من خلال استخدامه.

The present study aimed to design an anxiety scale of vocational future for visually handicapped, and make sure its psychometric properties and know its factorial structure. The study was conducted on a sample (100) as a single unit with age average (18.97) and with standard deviation (1.95). The study used an anxiety scale of vocational future (preparation researchers).The results of the statistical analysis of the data using factorial analysis lead to four factors related to anxiety scale of vocational future for visually handicapped. These factors are: (a fear of lack to adapt with the nature of the profession) has reached its root underlying (10.733), and the proportion of variability (27.39%); (despair of the scarcity of available jobs) has reached its root underlying (10.649), and the proportion of variability (27.18%), (negative feelings toward a future career), has reached its root underlying (7.7969), and the proportion of variability (20.34), and (expectations of failure to obtain suitable jobs), has reached its root underlying (7.510), and the proportion of variability (19.16%).The scale has a high degree of consistency and honesty which makes it suitable for the visually handicapped. It can be used in the researches and the Arab studies for the blind in the Egyptian and Arab environment. There is a confidence in the results that can be achieved by using that scale.
