هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة فاعلية استخدام کل من النموذج اللوجستي الثلاثي المعلم والنظرية الکلاسيکية في تقدير معالم الفقرات وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها صمم الباحث أداة الدراسة (نموذجي اختبار کل منهما مکون ٤٣ فقرة) من نوع الاختيار من متعدد من أربعة بدائل، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية عنقودية متعددة المراحل، وقد بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة الصائحة للتحليل الإحصائي (١١٤٣) طالبا، وتم إدخال الاستجابات لبرامج التحليل الإحصائي المناسبة لنوعي القياس الکلاسيکي والموضوعي (Excel- Spss21 - XCalibre4.2.2). وقد أکدت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي ما يلي: • اختلاف التقديرات لکل من النظرية الکلاسيکية والنموذج الثلاثي البارامتر، وأن تحليل الفقرة في ضوء نظرية الاستجابة للفقرة أفضل من النظرية الکلاسيکية للاختبار فيما يخص معلمة الصعوبة. • لا تختلف معاملات التمييز المقدرة وفق القياس الکلاسيکي عن معاملات التمييز المقدرة في ضوء النموذج اللوجستي الثلاثي المعلم لنموذجي الاختبار.

The current study aimed to study effective use of both three parameters logistic model and classical theory in estimating the parameters of items when apply two exam modules of multiple choices which have the same teaching target and differ in application time multiple choice items, the study sample volume that is qualified for statistical analysis was reached (1143) students. To achieve study objectives, the researcher designs a study tool (two exam modules) of multiple choices type with four alternatives within the sixth grade's science curriculum of the first semester. The data was analyzed by using the statistical software (XCalibre4.2.2 - Spss21 - Excel). the study found the following results: - Results showed estimations differences of both classical theory and three parameters logistic model, and the item analysis in the light of item response theory better than classical theory of the test With regard to the difficulty parameter. - Results showed estimations no differences of both classical theory and three parameters logistic model, and the item analysis in the light of Item response theory better than classical theory of the test With regard to the discrimination parameter.
